There’s nothing quite like the Blue Reef Cottages. Inspired by local award-winning architect Stuart Bagshaw, they are affectionally known as “Hobbit Houses” although Bilbo Baggins never knew luxury like this! Inside, both cottages are tastefully decorated and furnished with a fully outfitted kitchen. A large curved window in the spacious open-plan living area makes the most of the panoramic views out over the beaches in Scarista. The bedroom boasts a super king-size bed, furnished with locally-made Harris Tweed soft furnishings for the ultimate luxurious feel

Owners Neil & Rhoda Campbell manage the cottages to ensure the warmest welcome to all guests. They are available to deal with any queries and ensure your self-catering break is as smooth and pleasant as possible.

They can also source seasonal and local produce for you to use in the kitchen. These include delicacies such as scallops, langoustines and lobster. Rhoda is a fluent Gaelic speaker and is happy to converse with you in the native tongue should you so wish.
